IN NO EVENT SHALL ED'S COST BOOK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification

10. Termination

Ed's Cost Book reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion.
